Rebar tying guns & tiers

We provide repair and maintenance services for rebar tying tools and rebar tying guns, especially for MAX Twintier models: RB441T, RB443T, RB611T, RB823T and similar models.

We carry out diagnostics, internal cleaning, mechanical and electronic checks, replacement of worn parts, adjustments and final testing.

We repair common problems such as: the tool not tying correctly, not feeding wire, cutting incorrectly, making weak knots, jamming the wire, not switching on, or having issues with the motor, sensors, feed rollers, clutch, hooks, switches or electronic board.

Each tool is checked individually, dismantled and tested before being returned to the customer. At the end, the tool is tested with wire to make sure it works correctly on site.

The approximate repair time is usually between 3 and 7 working days, depending on the fault and the complexity of the repair. For customers who need urgent repairs, we try to offer the fastest possible service whenever we can.
